The Contractor’s scope included execution of part of the technological works for the project “Design, delivery, execution of works and commissioning of waste cycloning technology at the Main Facility and Southern Quarter of the Żelazny Most Tailings Storage Facility for waste from the Polkowice Ore Enrichment Plant”, including:
- participation in developing the Conceptual Design of the installation with regard to technological solutions;
- supervision of the installation of equipment supplied by and within the scope of the Client;
- cold commissioning of the project;
- technical and technological tests and commissioning of the project, together with the General Contractor and designer, in accordance with the commissioning schedule and documentation prepared by the Subcontractor and approved by the Investor;
- training of the Investor’s employees; the number of training sessions is not specified, which the Subcontractor acknowledges;
- preparation of operating instructions for the installation, including supervision and maintenance requirements for the entire scope of works performed by the Consortium.

Consulting and coordination of work related to commissioning the East Filtration Water Pumping Station as part of the project “Loading the eastern dam on the E1–E2 section within Stage III; construction of the East Pumping Station; construction and reconstruction of technical and welfare infrastructure; construction of the static body of the western dam of the Southern Quarter; and decommissioning of intake towers W3 and W6” for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., Hydrotechnical Plant Division.

Providing Contract Manager services for the project “Construction of a new absorption tower and installation in place of the existing WA I absorption tower on Line 3 in the Sulfuric Acid Department” for Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne “POLICE” S.A.
The scope also included:
- preparation of documentation and coordination with the Client and suppliers in readiness for cold and hot commissioning, including:
- developing the commissioning methodology together with the designer, technology supplier and Investor, followed by issuing the Commissioning Instruction for the WA I Tower, Line 5;
- issuing the first version of the Operating Instructions;
- agreeing with the instrumentation and control supplier on how the installation could be controlled from the DCS;
- agreeing and preparing the system for trial operation together with the pump supplier.
- cold commissioning of all equipment and installations, preceded by a checklist of inspection, installation and testing procedures;
- technical and technological tests and commissioning, together with the General Contractor and designer, until the guaranteed parameters specified in the design documentation were achieved;
- preparation of the final Operating Instructions for the WA I Tower, Line 5, based on commissioning findings;
- training of the Investor’s employees within the timeframe specified by the Investor; the number of training sessions is not specified, which the Subcontractor acknowledges.

Conducting the cold and hot commissioning of the “Waste Segregation and Compaction Station with facilities and accompanying infrastructure – Stage II” installation for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., Hydrotechnical Plant Division.

Manager of the cold and hot commissioning of the installation entitled: "Installation for removing arsenic and mercury from gases of the Solinox installation", under which a set of wet electrostatic precipitators and draft fans together with a calomel installation for mercury removal at the Sulfuric Acid Department of the Legnica Copper Smelter was commissioned ".

Manager of the cold and hot commissioning of the installation entitled: "P-23 Modernization of the installation for desulphurization and dedusting of technical gases from converters", under which a set of wet electrostatic precipitators and draft fans with auxiliary installations at the Electric Furnace and Converters Department of the P-23 Steelworks was commissioned Copper "Głogów II".

Project management for the construction of a pilot installation for the production of gypsum from process gases at the Głogów Copper Smelter.

Project management of the construction of a pilot installation at the Legnica Copper Smelter "A new method of purification and utilization of process gases from shaft furnaces in the technological line of KGHM".

Pyrometallurgy Modernization Program of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Głogów Copper Smelter
- Project Manager for the construction of the Pyrometallurgy Modernization Program - implementation of 29 construction projects in the field of construction of metallurgical furnaces, dedusting installations, power equipment (turbine sets, etc.).
- The value of the investment is approximately PLN 1 billion.
- Works under the Program have been carried out since 2011. The installation was commissioned in October 2016.
Delivery of an installation for the pyrometallurgical elimination of coal from copper concentrate in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Głogów Copper Smelter
- Participation in the cold and hot commissioning, which was completed in October 2017.
- The value of the investment is approximately PLN 190 million.
Managing a department of approximately 900 employees - maintenance and repairs in the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Divisions. (the Legnica and Głogów copper smelters and the Polkowice and Rudna Ore Enrichment Plants. Completion date 2011 - 2019.

Participation in the Executive Committee of the Consortium for the construction of a football stadium in Lubin.
